The Museum was set up by Mrs Masucci in one of the oldest rooms of the country-house.
Here there are the Millstone in limestone (typical stone of the area) dated 1845 used to crush the olives and the Press in wood dated 1870 used to crush the grapes and the "fiscoli" (baskets in wicker full of olive paste).
All around are shown many tools used in this Factory in the past in the field such as a home; we can find barrels for wine or oil, péghere, damigiane, flasks, vats cinnamon, saw, verine, scythe, shovel and many used for animal as the joke, muzzle, scissors and traps.

During the guided tours, you'll discover all the ancient method of wine and oil making and sowing.
